For Silicon21’s "Stars Club" incentive trip to Miami, every attendee checked in to a welcome kit made for them, name, initials and size, not a one-size-fits-all gift set.
XYZEE partnered with Silicon21 to support their "Stars Club" corporate incentive trip to Miami (12–17 June 2025), delivering a fully customized welcome experience for every attendee. Rather than a standard gift set, each guest received a package tailored to their name, initials and size — a thoughtful, individual touch that set the tone for the trip from check-in.
The welcome kit included a custom red jersey branded "Silicon21 Value Added Distributor," personalized with each guest's name and number on the back for a true team-jersey feel; a monogrammed navy cap embroidered with the guest's initial; SPF 50+ sunscreen for the Miami sun; and a branded drawstring bag printed "Discover Miami With Us," designed to double as a daily carryall. A matching welcome card tied the package together, reinforcing the trip identity guests would see throughout the week.
By handling personalization at scale, sizing, initials and naming for every attendee, XYZEE turned a standard incentive-trip gift into a moment of individual recognition, reinforcing Silicon21's appreciation for the people being rewarded and setting a premium, considered tone before the trip's activities even began.
